How to reset/restore factory settings of WIFI camera?

Do you know how to reset/restore factory settings of WIFI camera? If you are using MVTEAM wifi cameras, can reset/restore according to the methods in this post. If you are using other brands wifi cameras, welcome to read this post as a reference.

There are two methods to reset factory settings of MVTEAM WIFI camera.
Method 1: Hard reset/ By pressing the RESET button

In this way, following settings of wifi camera can be reset:
1)Reset to default password
2)Reset the wifi status to disconnection
3)Reset to sonic wifi configuration mode, it means if you want view the camera, must do sonic wifi connection settings firstly. When you can't connect the wifi camera to internet or can’t find cloud ID, you can try the hard reset.

Method 2: Restore via APP V12 on mobile phone
When you can live view the wifi camera on your phone, and want to restore it to factory settings, you can restore it as below:

In this way, you will reset all setting to defaut, not only password, wifi connection, but also including the record setting, image setting etc. When you don't know how to cancel some settings, can try this way. After restore in app, we suggest you do hard reset again.
